Guidance & instruction to learn how to prevent injuries and improve how your body feels and the capacity of your body through one on one guidance and coaching, utilizing the 6 Pillar of Movement Health. Visits are scheduled online via video, all you need is a video device & the internet. Suggestions include running, cycling, weight-lifting and rock climbing injury prevention.

We can bring the healing and restoration to where life happens for you to improve your ability to do what you love and need to do! The climbing gym, the track, the trail, the office, the pool, the soccer or ultimate field - we have got you covered to give you as specific rehabilitation and training as possible. (Please note there is an extra fee to account for travel expense and time.)
